What are users?
Users are the total number of users that use your App frequently. We only count "active" users, which are users that have used the App in the last 30 days. If your App is deleted off a users device or remains dormant we will not count this against your active user total.
What happens if I exceed my user quota?
If you exceed your user quota we'll bill you an extra $0.1 per user, per month. Optionally for better savings you can upgrade to a plan with a higher user quota.
How does the free trial work?
You sign-up for a free no obligation account to test things out, and build your first App - pay only when you want to publish, there is a setup fee plus a monthly fee if you decide to publish your App.
What does the monthly fee cover?
The monthly fee covers hosting of your App, access to the content management system and real-time download statistics.
Am I locked into a long term contract?
No contracts. Cancel your monthly plan at any time - you will not be billed again.
What if I want to cancel?
We'll be sorry to see you go! But you may can cancel at any time. If you do decide to cancel, we will never bill you again and your personal data and application will be totally wiped from our systems.

What can I make with Apptivate?
You can build all kinds of Apps with our robust platform, we reccommend checking out our App University to learn about building your App.
How does advertising work?
Advertising is entiely optional. If you choose the Premium or Max plan, you will have the "option" of adding banner ads to your App so that you can earn revenues from each ad shown.
What is your refund policy?
Apptivate is billed month to month, you can cancel at any time and you will not be billed again. This is no long term commitments or contracts. We do not offer refunds for the setup fee, or partial months already paid.
Why do you charge a setup fee?
We charge a setup fee as their is some upfront work required to test your submission, verify it and publish to the store. Depending on the complexity of your App this can take several hours.
